The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference slides, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, and beverages inside the conference room. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Cancellations: A fee of USD 200 will be charged for cancellations up to and including October 15, 2024. A 50% fee will be applied to cancellations between October 16 and October 31, 2024. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 31, 2024. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
Technical Conference Management reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. We do not accept liability for personal injuries or liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of the delegates.

A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the delegates for a rate of 140 Euros plus tax per night for a single room and 160 Euros plus tax per night for a double room. Room rates include breakfast and internet access.
To reserve a room, please send an email to ece.yetkin@marriottistanbulasia.com.tr and include the following information:

You will then receive a confirmation and a link for credit card payment.
Conference Language
The conference will be held in English and Turkish with simultaneuos interpretation.
